Why we do what we do.

The interior design and renovation industry is plagued with low standards and haphazard project management. IDs are focused on maximizing profit while owners fear getting ripped off or scammed.

We were frustrated, and want to change that.

On the bright side, homeowners these days are more knowledgeable, tech savvy, and appreciate good communications.

Homeowners are also more hands-on in project management and curious about the technical aspects of the renovation process. They are also concerned about health and sustainability of construction materials.

We are happy to share the knowledge and experience we have. Transparency is an important step towards uplifting the industry.

So far, we have been very blessed with clients who appreciate us for the way we do things — honest, no nonsense, “what you see is what you get”. We hope to impact many more happy clients and to empower even more people with the renovation know-how we have gained over the years.

We are a young, tech-driven team committed to high standards.

We don’t push work to subcontractors indiscriminately.

All our tradesmen are home-grown. We want to make sure we control the quality and build to the correct details. We take no chances with work quality.

In any renovation, the end result is only going to be as good as the work instructions. We flesh out every little detail of work and leave nothing to chance.

Lots of our time and energy go into seemingly mundane and not so “insta-worthy” tasks, such as organizing toolboxes and conducting work reviews to learn from mistakes.

But we believe these contribute to the secret sauce in a successful renovation: people. Ultimately, we want to create a nurturing environment with happy people who are always growing into their best selves.

Of course, we don’t forget to eat, play, and have heart-to-heart conversations with one another. A strong, driven, and fulfilled team of people will naturally enjoy what they do and give their all.
